In every case, our aim is to resolve content related complaints on MOJO TV as quickly as possible.

Any complaint regarding the content must be lodged by the aggrieved person within a reasonable time. However, this time limit shall not exceed 14 (fourteen) days from the date of first broadcast. Your complaint must include the following:

• The name/title of the broadcast you are complaining about;
• The date and time of the broadcast and the channel on which it was broadcast;
• Type of complaint stating the reason
• Your name and contact details (anonymous complaints will not normally be considered);
